Moto Gp, Loch (19th Oct)

We have had a good week staying in a small village called Loch, about 45klm from Phillip Island, the Village is very small with no pub and a couple of old antique/nicknack shops, doesn’t even have a “post office” we have been allowed to stay at the cricket oval where we can hook up to power and water.

the locals liked having us there so as to keep an eye on the club house and premises, Robyn walks Jock twice a day with a couple of local friends she met, you would think they have known us for years not day’s, the cricket oval is surrounded by hills and well treed with a creek running along side and only 5 minutes to walk to the Lock Village for a coffee and chat with the locals, seems like this is a daily ritual for them.

As you can see i have played with these photo’s a bit to give a feel to the place.

Oh Robyn, that’s interesting shopping list you had! I needed a vege masher out in the middle of nowhere so I can sympathise. You sure you didn’t get a bottle of wine and some chocolates as well?

But I did see a winery and chocolate factory sign yesterday and said we are going there Monday… πŸ™‚
